Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return. We'll arrange a free pickup and process your refund within 3–5 business days.
All smartphones sold on Ztech are factory unlocked and compatible with any carrier worldwide. They come in their original international or regional variant as specified in each listing.
All physical products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 12 months). We also offer an optional extended 2-year Ztech Care warranty for an additional fee. Digital products include lifetime access where specified.
